- Consult on current and future healthcare coverage (e.g. company options, moving, COBRA, divorce, loss of family member, relocating or live in multiple states, retiring, Medicare eligibility, children aging off parents plan).

- Submit appeals when claims have been processed incorrectly or benefits have been denied.
